On September 2, the main structure of Xiazhong resettlement housing project in Huli District, which was built by C&D Operation Construction Management, a subsidiary of C&D Real Estate Group, has been successfully completed.  It is an important project for people's livelihood in Xiamen and also a guarantee of the good life aspiration of the residents in Lingxia community to relocate to the resettlement housing.

The main works of the project commenced on August 24, 2021 and were completed as scheduled after 374 days of hard work.  The project covers a total land area of 39,900 square meters and a gross floor area of 223,700 square meters. It consists of 9 high-rise residential buildings with a total of over 1,880 sets of resettlement houses.
